Truthfully, we had our doubts about it being a waste of money (likelihood of success seemed small) throughout the process but I am so glad we went through with it. The cost was reasonable and we felt we were wronged so strongly by the other party (university) that we knew we would regret not trying. We went through all the appropriate channels and multiple appeals for over a year before seeking help. We basically had to take on our major university (which we love) because of one person higher up not doing what they should have. Esq. Ball was successful and that’s all we wanted.
